Instructions
- Grind flax, sesame, and sunflower seeds fresh.
- Add 2 tablespoons of your selected seeds into a glass or jar.
- Pour in ½ cup of warm water, herbal tea, or almond milk.
- Stir in apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, or ginger if using.
- Let the mixture soak for 15–30 minutes.
- Stir well and drink slowly.
- Repeat daily, switching seed pairs every 14 days for seed cycling.
Notes
- Start with 1 tsp if you’re new to fiber and increase gradually.
