Description

A creamy, comforting Chicken and Shrimp Alfredo that brings together juicy chicken, tender shrimp, and a rich garlic-Parmesan sauce — perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 chicken breasts (sliced)
  • 8 oz large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions, drain, and set aside
  2.  Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken slices, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside with chicken.
  4. Add butter and garlic to the pan. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and cook until sauce thickens.
  6. Return chicken and shrimp to the pan. Toss in cooked fettuccine and stir to coat everything in the sauce.
  7. Simmer for 2 minutes, adjusting salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan for best results.

Don’t overcook the shrimp — 2 minutes per side is plenty.

You can swap fettuccine with linguine or penne.
