A creamy, comforting Chicken and Shrimp Alfredo that brings together juicy chicken, tender shrimp, and a rich garlic-Parmesan sauce — perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions.

- 2 chicken breasts (sliced)
- 8 oz large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions, drain, and set aside
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken slices, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside with chicken.
- Add butter and garlic to the pan. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and cook until sauce thickens.
- Return chicken and shrimp to the pan. Toss in cooked fettuccine and stir to coat everything in the sauce.
- Simmer for 2 minutes, adjusting salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
Use freshly grated Parmesan for best results.
Don’t overcook the shrimp — 2 minutes per side is plenty.
You can swap fettuccine with linguine or penne.
