Description

A hydrating and crisp summer juice made with crimson sweet watermelon, cucumber, lime, and fresh ginger. Naturally sweet and perfectly refreshing for both kids and adults.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups crimson sweet watermelon, cubed
  • ½ cup cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • ½ cup cold water (optional)
  • Ice cubes (for serving)
  • Fresh mint (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Add watermelon, cucumber, lime juice, and ginger to a blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth.
  3. Strain through a fine mesh sieve if desired.
  4. Add cold water to adjust consistency, if needed.
  5. Pour over ice and garnish with mint.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to 24 hours.

Add basil instead of mint for a different flavor.

Great for popsicles or pitcher drinks for summer gatherings.
