Description
A refreshing detox island green smoothie with spinach, kale, pineapple, mango, banana, and ginger. This homemade version is light, nutritious, and naturally sweet.
Ingredients

- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup kale
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup mango chunks
- 1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
- 1 cup coconut water (or plain water)
- Optional: 1/2 avocado, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 scoop protein powder
Instructions
- Add liquid to the blender first.
- Add spinach and kale, then blend until smooth.
- Add banana, pineapple, mango, and ginger.
- Blend again until creamy and bright green.
- Adjust thickness with more or less liquid.
- Serve cold with fresh garnish.

- You can store in the fridge for up to 48 hours.
- For meal prep, freeze fruit and greens in portions.
