Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) or set air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Thinly slice sweet potatoes or cut tortillas into triangles.
  3. Toss slices with olive oil and seasonings.
  4. Arrange in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking tray.
  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway through. For air fryer, cook 8–10 minutes.
  6. Cool on a wire rack before serving.
