- 2 gluten-free hamburger buns (Udi’s or Canyon Bakehouse)
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
- Olive oil for frying
- Lettuce, tomato, pickles (optional toppings)
- 2 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F.
- Toss potato wedges with cornstarch, olive oil, and salt. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Flatten chicken breasts slightly for even cooking. Season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken piece into the beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet. Fry chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Lightly toast your gluten-free buns. Assemble sandwiches with toppings.
- Serve hot with your crispy roasted fries.

- Swap chicken for tofu for a vegetarian version.
