Description

A vibrant, fizzy grapefruit soda made with fresh juice, natural sweetener, and sparkling water. It’s zesty, refreshing, and perfect for hot days or brunch gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large pink grapefruits, juiced (about 1 cup)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice (optional)
  • 1 cup chilled sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Juice the grapefruits and strain out seeds or large pulp.
  2. In a mixing glass, stir grapefruit juice with honey and lemon juice until well combined.
  3. Add ice cubes into two serving glasses.
  4. Pour the juice mixture evenly into each glass.
  5. Top with sparkling water, stir gently.
  6. Garnish with mint leaves and a thin grapefruit slice. Serve immediately.

Notes

You can adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.

Use agave syrup or maple syrup for a vegan version.

For extra fizz, top with a splash of ginger beer.

Best served fresh, but you can pre-mix the juice and sweetener ahead of time.
