Description
A vibrant, fizzy grapefruit soda made with fresh juice, natural sweetener, and sparkling water. It’s zesty, refreshing, and perfect for hot days or brunch gatherings.

- 2 large pink grapefruits, juiced (about 1 cup)
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice (optional)
- 1 cup chilled sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Juice the grapefruits and strain out seeds or large pulp.
- In a mixing glass, stir grapefruit juice with honey and lemon juice until well combined.
- Add ice cubes into two serving glasses.
- Pour the juice mixture evenly into each glass.
- Top with sparkling water, stir gently.
- Garnish with mint leaves and a thin grapefruit slice. Serve immediately.
Notes
You can adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
Use agave syrup or maple syrup for a vegan version.
For extra fizz, top with a splash of ginger beer.
Best served fresh, but you can pre-mix the juice and sweetener ahead of time.
