- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup mini pepperoni slices
- ¼ cup sweet corn
- ¼ cup diced bell peppers
- ¼ cup sliced olives
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Olive oil (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the mini crusts on the baking sheet.
- Spread 2–3 tablespoons of tomato sauce on each crust.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over each pizza.
- Let the kids add their favorite toppings: pepperoni, corn, olives, or bell peppers.
- Sprinkle a pinch of oregano on each pizza.
- (Optional) Drizzle a few drops of olive oil on top for extra crispiness.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and crust is golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
