Description

This lemon balm tea supports weight loss by reducing stress, improving hydration, and curbing emotional eating. Made with fresh lemon balm and lemon, it’s a refreshing herbal drink for your wellness routine.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh lemon balm leaves (or 2 tsp dried)
  • 1 lemon slice
  • 2 cups hot water
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional: splash of sparkling water

Instructions

  1. Steep lemon balm leaves and lemon slice in 2 cups of hot water for 5–7 minutes.
  2. Let cool completely.
  3. Strain the tea into a glass or pitcher.
  4. Add ice cubes and serve chilled.
  5. Optionally top with sparkling water for fizz.

Notes

For best results, use freshly harvested lemon balm leaves.

Avoid boiling the herb directly—steep gently in hot (not boiling) water.

This tea can be enjoyed 1–3 times daily.

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
