Ingredients

Scale
  • 45 ripe peaches, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup cold water
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey or agave (optional)
  • 23 mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

  4. Strain the juice using a fine mesh strainer for a pulp-free version.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as needed.
