Instructions
- Peel and chop the peaches.
- Add chopped peaches, lemon juice, and water to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Strain the juice using a fine mesh strainer for a pulp-free version.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as needed.
- Chill before serving or serve immediately over ice.
