A vibrant and refreshing green smoothie inspired by the tropical smoothie menu. Packed with spinach, kale, mango, pineapple, banana, and fresh ginger, this nutrient-dense drink is perfect for a healthy start or a midday boost.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 3/4 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1 handful fresh spinach
  • 1 handful fresh kale
  • 1 small slice fresh ginger
  • 3/4 cup coconut water
  • Optional: 1 scoop plant-based protein powder or 1/4 avocado

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to your blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth.
  3. Taste and adjust coconut water if needed.
