Description

A light, refreshing, and family-friendly watermelon mint refresher made with real fruit, lime, and fresh mint. Perfect for hot days or healthy hydration.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups chilled watermelon cubes
  • 68 fresh mint leaves
  • Juice from 1/2 lime
  • 1 tbsp agave or honey (optional)
  • Ice cubes
  • Sparkling water (optional for variation)

Instructions

  1. Add watermelon cubes to blender.
  2. Add mint leaves and lime juice.
  3. Optionally add sweetener if watermelon is not sweet enough.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Strain mixture if desired for a smoother drink.
  6. Pour over ice and serve.
  7. Top with sparkling water for a fizzy twist.

Notes

Use frozen watermelon cubes for an icier texture.

For a smoother drink, strain through a fine mesh sieve.

You can freeze blended mix in popsicle molds for kids.

Add coconut water instead of sweetener for extra electrolytes.
