Instructions
- Add watermelon cubes to blender.
- Add mint leaves and lime juice.
- Optionally add sweetener if watermelon is not sweet enough.
- Blend until smooth.
- Strain mixture if desired for a smoother drink.
- Pour over ice and serve.
- Top with sparkling water for a fizzy twist.
